All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected, and a determination will be made if eligibility requirements are met for credit, exchange or repair. Please be sure to follow these guidelines to avoid any delay or denial of processing your return. Returns processing may take up to 10 business days from the time your return is received.
Returning a DEFECTIVE ITEM:
Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES on products within 30 days of original invoice date. GPSCheap shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement product, exchange or we may repair the item and return it to you. In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. After 30 days, you MUST contact the manufacturer to redeem your warranty. Before returning any item, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-917-1477 for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returning a NON-DEFECTIVE ITEM:
Returns of NON-DEFECTIVE items to GPSCheap are subject to manufacturer Restrictions and other restrictions. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 25% RE-STOCKING FEE. You have 15 days from the original invoice date to return NON-DEFECTIVE ITEM for a refund. A refund will be issued within 30 days after the merchandise is received and inspected at our warehouse. You will not be refunded the delivery costs. Before returning any item, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-917-1477 for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Some manufacturers have implemented returns restrictions that prevent GPSCheap from being able to accept returns or offer exchanges, replacements or credits on their products. Products from such manufacturers are not returnable to GPSCheap FOR ANY REASON. All support as well as exchanges or replacements for DEFECTIVE merchandise, including within the first 30 days of ownership, must be handled directly with the product manufacturer. GPSCheap cannot accept any returns nor offer replacement, exchanges or credit for ANY product missing the UPC code. Only the product manufacturer can replace any DEFECTIVE item missing the UPC sticker.
Opened, shrink-wrapped software are not returnable
Due to the personal nature of headsets, once opened, headsets are not returnable. Please make sure to check compatibility with your device before opening.
Unlocked Cellular Phones are non-returnable.
Opened item are not returnable
- RAs are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance. The RA number must appear on your return packing label or clearly on outside of box. Returns will not be accepted without an RA.
- We highly recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a “traceable carrier” that can provide you with “proof of delivery.” GPScheap shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and is non-refundable.
